How a visit runs
From arrival to departure
-
Arrival and check-in
Come to the New Orient Landmark Hotel and go up to the 4th floor. If you have booked, giving your name at reception is all that is needed.
-
Changing
Reception will sort out a locker and the venue's own clothing. Note that the MOP 1,199 minimum charge starts the moment you change.
-
Bathing
Shower first, then work through the hinoki dry sauna, the glass steam room and the hot pool at your own pace. It is worth pausing in a lounge between hot and cold.
-
Treatment
Treatments take place in a private room with its own bathtub. What is included and how long it runs depends on the option you choose.
-
Resting
The recliner lounge and the dining lounge are open to you before and after your treatment.
-
Settling up
Pay at reception; a 10% service charge applies to everything. If you booked through this site, a return transfer can be arranged.
Good to know
Questions guests from Hong Kong ask
What should I bring?
Clothing, towels and basic toiletries are provided. Personal belongings go in a locker. It is worth travelling light: your documents and a means of payment are really all you need.
How long should I allow?
One to two hours covers the bathing facilities alone. With a treatment, three hours is a comfortable allowance. If you are returning to Hong Kong the same day, leave time for your ferry or bridge crossing.
How are charges worked out?
Sauna admission of MOP 1,199 is the minimum charge and starts when you change. If you add a treatment package, the package rate applies instead. A 10% service charge is added to everything.
Can I just turn up?
The venue is open 24 hours, but therapists are only on duty from 13:00 until 06:00 the following day. It is better to ask on WhatsApp what is available that day.
Can I ask questions before I book?
Yes. Consultation is free: message us on WhatsApp or Telegram about treatments, timing and transfers, then decide. Booking through this site also includes two complimentary add-on treatments.
