Facilities

Facilities

Bathing, treatment and lounge areas sit on one floor, connected by the Chinese lattice corridor. These are the venue's own interiors.

Hinoki dry sauna

A dry sauna lined in hinoki cypress, with a steady temperature and a clear scent of wood. The tiered benches let you pick your own heat, which makes this the natural first stop after you change.

Glass steam room

A steam room enclosed in clear glass, generous with steam yet open in outlook. Alternating between this and the dry sauna gives the full hot-and-cold rhythm.

Hot pool hall

The hot pool hall is framed by Chinese wooden lattice and a round window, water and joinery answering each other. The high ceiling keeps the pool from feeling enclosed, and this is the room the venue is best known for.

Lattice corridor

The wooden lattice corridor with its red lanterns runs the length of the venue. It is where the Japanese calm meets the Chinese detailing, and it is the spine that connects every area.

Private treatment room

Every treatment takes place in a private room, each with its own bathtub, so bathing and massage happen in one space with no walking between them.

Wet treatment room

A treatment room built around its bathtub, for guests who prefer to soak first. The wet area and the treatment area are clearly separated within the room.

Dining lounge

Foot treatment area

A separate seating area for foot treatments, useful when your schedule is tight and you only want the feet and legs seen to.

Shower area

Individual shower stalls, laid out next to the changing area so that rinsing before and after bathing never takes you through another part of the venue.
